Beware! If you sign-up for GPL-1's they ask for your card before you can even get full details on how it will work, and you are charged immediately for the first month of not only their membership, but for the GPL-1's! You simply CAN'T cancel their membership - I haven't been able to yet. You sign-up, and in their app there is NO PLACE to cancel. They do not offer online chat any longer. I was able to finally connect with someone who assured me they would cancel the $19/month membership and close my account. What they did instead was reimburse me for the most-recent month, but retained my membership and I keep getting charged. I emailed the person back, and there was no response. I have to go through the mess all over again. I challenge you to find ANY information on their site, within your account, or in the mobile app with information on how to cancel. This place is a total scam. Read Better Biz - I made the mistake of not doing so.

I’ve had trouble sleeping. I found LifeMd. I ordered a sleep aid. When I did more research on it I said He’ll. No! I contacted them before item was sent. They said no refund and shipped as fast as they could. No refunds on shipped prescription orders. Beware of this California company.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service because I am unhappy with my experience and no one has responded. Getting an appointment has been awful. I have been asking someone to contact me about closing my account and requested a refund but no one has responded.

Products were great however follow-up on calls to their service was terrible. No return phone calls at all when I received a note from their CEO I responded twice and told him about the lack of attention to detail. I said contact me gave them a week and now I moved my business to Hims. Raising prices to $349 was stupid, the market for the same product is $149. Good luck you lost my business because of your lack of responsiveness.

They are a total scam. They never sent me anything, yet they charged me anyway. I finally learned my lesson: from now on, I will check the reviews for every purchase so this doesn't happen to me again. I suspect that the people who left positive reviews are either individuals whom the product actually helped—or perhaps they simply weren't robbed—but they had to operate this way just to trick the rest of us into falling for their scam. They are practically stealing right under our noses. My advice today is to go to a doctor instead and get a prescription tailored to your specific case.

Took me an hour to 90 min waiting to connect to a life agent or their customer service. Even their AI is not able to forward all my information to the customer service after I have verified all my person information on their IVR system

Paid them. Took 2 months to get an appointment. Had first appt and wanted clearance from cardiologist. He sent it twice and they say they never got it. So cancelled with them and now it’s over a month since refund request and they say they sent almost 30 days ago and still no refund. Call phone number. On hold for over 20 minutes several times and get hung up on. Still no refund.

They are only getting 1 star because the customer service agent was helpful. You definitely get what you pay for. I created an account and completed questionnaire and qualified for GLP medication. I was contacted by email that a phone call with a health professional was scheduled in a day and after that call medication would be sent to me. Phone call never happened and the next message, on the app, was that a medication was being mailed. In the app I requested to know why they were sending meds out before phone call and what was the meds. Since I have had experience with GLP-1 meds I knew I did not want what they decided to give me. I called immediately to cancel these meds and get a refund until I could speak to healthcare professional. I was also told that my status on the app was to contact only through messages on app even though I was scheduled by LifeMD for a call. So now they want to charge me $75 for “services rendered” because someone decided what med I should be on and wrote a prescription without speaking to me. They also may be charging me $133 for the medication. Customer care told me the meds were pending so maybe I called them in time. Either way, I will dispute with my CC company. My advice is to stay far away from this company and to tell everyone you know to stay far away.
