Never spoke with any MD when I ordered Rozerem. Was put on a subscription without my knowledge. Was not informed this has to be used daily and that it can take weeks to start working. Caused severe insomnia and headache so was afraid to try again. No refunds given and cost $132, down the tube! Never again!!! The company reached out to me now and were very decent and apologetic.

I just signed up for the program and prepaid for three months and I went to make my appointment and the availability was more than two weeks so I have to wait that long just to talk to somebody This is really poor customer service anyway I can talk to someone or anything to solve this with me. I will be out of town the whole month of April. I would like to get this done before I leave and you have my money for three months also thank you

I feel this company and its services can be very beneficial to many. Customer service is the base of many companies and they lacked in supplying the initial support I needed to continue my journey. However, they have resolved my issues directly which I appreciate. The concern and care expressed meant a lot, that’s why I felt the need for a review even though I canceled my services.

My experience here was frustrating, but I would try it again. I went through this service to get a prescription for trazodone so the interactions with the doctor went really well. The medication just never shipped out of the pharmacy. I got the impression this was an issue with the pharmacy, not the service, but it was super frustrating. After over a month of waiting. I finally had to just cancel the order and asked for my money back. I feel like the service is useful and very important but in my case was a little frustrating.

I liked the way I initially interfaced with the company. The process was easy. However, when I realized the meds were not working, I cancelled. However, LifeMD continues to try and charge my account. I hope LifeMD will confirm the cancellation. This is the professional and responsible thing to do

So of today I have sent an email requesting a full refund since your company has not met their obligations after taking $102 from my account. I have read enough about your business practices to know I want no more. You do not have my permission to remove any further funds for prescription renewal. I gave you a chance and you failed. Please respond before I file complaints with our Nv AG office, Facebook and others.

I actually love my provider Lauren Murray but the back office is nothing but bungling and they can't get anything straight. They refuse to call insurance companies and they will not give a definite answer to anything.It is extremely irritating. And tiara supervisor of the back end is rude, curt and she's nasty.I would not recommend this service to anyone
