Life MD representative named Jason
Life MD representative named Jason, who took my call was professional. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. So far the best rep I’ve spoken to to get assistance. He was patient and really took time to understand my questions & concerns, and as a result of talking to him, I understand how to navigate not just the app but when approaching my appointments. Jason also took time to even get information from the practitioners that have spoken to me who at times weren’t as clear or I hadn’t fully internalized the information. Jason is a rockstar For Life MD. He deserves all praise. Thank you, Life MD!!

I love Dr Asunta
I love Dr Asunta, she always answers any questions I may have and really explains everything well. I highly recommend LifeMD, they've all been so helpful whenever I had a question in between Doctor calls.

Very understandable and very professional
He was so sweet, kind and understanding he answered the questions that he was able to, and when it was due to a medical one, he was politely by telling me that I would have to wait and speak with the position tomorrow. I think this man needs a raise. He has a wonderful personality. Great customer service and hope to hear from him soon. Thanks Deandra Smith.

Easy to use
Easy to use, technology made it convenient. My provider was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was a little nervous going in, but Dr. Stacey was informative, understanding, and direct - love it!
