Staci was wonderful and I appreciated that I had an appointment with a live person instead of just having the meds sent to me with a website to read for the instructions. Also the fact that the company has a phone number to call puts my mind at ease as well. Excited to work witg this company and see where my weight loss journey takes me.

Kinney was my rep and he was truely helpful. He resolved my issue in an extremely timely and professional manner. I also would like to add that the issue was not any fault of life.md but my own fault. Lifemd has been great and ive had so much success and great results with lifemd! I lost all my extra weight my subscription was renewed automatically I didn’t need it anymore I called the company and they are refunding my money within 7 days . I was very impressed I did not have to go through multiple loops to get refunded .
