Kinney was the most professional person I have spoken with in a very long time , He was so helpful and he’s customer service was superb.. I give him a 10 out of 10 for today .! LifeMD should been very honored to have such a well mannered employee like him , he was absolutely awesome .!

Jason was the rep for LifeMD. He explained all my options clearly so I could make the best option for me. He took care of my billing issue quickly. It's very very nice to have a person who speaks clearly and with the knowledge needed to assist. The definition of "customer service" might say i.e. Jason. Haha. Give that man a $raise$.
