After being transferred 9 times with no help, I was transferred to Ke’Asia, thank goodness. She was able to solve my problem! We were laughing at the end of the call. Something is terribly wrong with your customer service. It’s either lack of training or a poor computer system. No one could even find my name in your system or my order. Ke’Asia, found the information in less than a minute! Promote her to Customer Service Manager!
