Katherine was down to earth and caring! Just wish there was an additional discount for even answering and speaking with someone. Many people do not answer unknown numbers.

I had a very bad experience where they cancel my membership without telling me and I thought I was a member and was paying but it was canceled - I wanted to just give in and just go somewhere else but this company was my first instinct- it was a referral from a friend - and finally after several message to the front desk I finally got 2 very friendly gals to listen and help with my frustration and they were understanding and actually admitted they dropped the ball - thank u Jasmine and Shawanna for earning my trust back - hope all goes up on this journey from here

I had my second appointment on 2/21/2025 and have not received my medication. I am almost out of my other prescription. My app does not show any updates on my new medication either. I wish the medication could be sent quicker than 10-14 days
