Prescriptions are hard to refill. I can never get a hold of anyone. It takes way too long. It is extremely frustrating. I pay too much money for this crappy service

All around incompetence
To start, I used this company back around May of 2025. Some things happened and financially I couldn't afford the service and medication so I cancelled. May 12 of this year (2026) I paid 75 dollars and decided to give the company another shot so I scheduled an appointment with a telehealth provider. I received a recommendation from a trusted friend and decided that in the long run her recommendation would actually work better for me, so I cancelled the appointment with the provider and requested a refund of the 75 dollars I'd paid on May 12 2026.... It is now June 10th 2026 and I have been told multiple times that they see where I cancelled the appointment on May 19th, but their provider wrote a prescription and their records indicate that the medication was delivered to my address so they would not be providing me my refund. Here is where this gets sad and a little funny.... 1.) Why would any medical provider write a prescription and send it to someone who had cancelled their appointment?? 2.) The tracking information they provided me with in their chat IS ALL FROM 2025....and, all of their employees are obviously blind to the fact that it is 2026.
Their employees in my chat history has claimed multiple times that their provider wrote a prescription without a PT even being seen, and they can't seem to read dates and simple tracking information...
My suggestion is to stay far away from this company. Save yourself some time and headache... Oh and save your money cause they will not take accountability for anything that goes wrong in their end. I have proof of everything I am saying if anyone would like to reach out and see it please feel free to shoot me an email if that is possible through this platform, hopefully I can keep you from making the mistake of using this telehealth provider.

Only received 2 months supply of wegovy…
Only received 2 months supply of wegovy 1.5 mg and 4 mg but have been charged 4 times for weight mgmt. 75.00 149.00 199.00 and lastly 299.00 all in two months. Have only had one discussion with the doctor. Requested a refund of the 299.00 charge and was told it is not cancelable. Suggest strongly you review possible charges and what you get for the money.

Now this month they CHARGED ME $149 THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME $299 now they are saying We attempted to process your payment, but it was unsuccessful. At this time, we are unable to continue processing your prescription order until payment is completed.

I wouldn't recommend LifeMD
I wouldn't recommend LifeMD. First, you have to pay a non-refundable fee. The fee amount is $39.99 or $50.00. The nurse I spoke with had a nonchalant attitude. In the midst of the conversation, she left the video and came back and 5 minutes. She advised me she will write a prescription for the GLP medication and B12 injection and pharmacy will get in contact with me soon. Basically, the Pharmacy advised once they receive the prescription someone will get in contact with me that's been a year ago. I never received a call back. The whole process was weird.
I'm believing during the screening if it is determined the patient is unable to pay the price LifeMD wants you to pay, then you aren't a preferred candidate and this is reason for the none refundable fee. Try Amble or Wellos (a benefit most company offers for their employees). No membership fees with Amble. With Wellos after 4 months of being on the program, there is a one time fee of $140.00; however, its for the whole program.

I found LifeMD to be inconsistent with…
I found LifeMD to be inconsistent with its practices and mainly interested in taking my money. Some staff members have been kind and considerate in their communications with me, but the delay in actually getting my medication approved and started was due to lack of qualified doctors hired. They got that up to speed, but then the third month I didn't even speak or communicate with a doctor to continue my prescription. However, they did DOUBLE the cost of the medication (GLP2 shots) yet they didn't notify me of this change. It was too late at that point so my cost for 4 doses was $379! I cannot afford that, and the medication (Wegovy) was not very effective. I did lose about 5 lbs and i think most of that was due to the frequent nausea and stomach cramps caused by the drugs. I've been told this is pretty normal to start with, but I had no idea that $189 was just for the first dose, and THAT seems to be a standard practice with many online medical companies. At this point I am planning to lose weight the old fashioned way - diet, exercise for muscle building, and life style changes. I did it 23 years ago and lost 50+ lbs. It's taken me a long time to regain the weight and I may not make the same goal this time. But I will be healthier and happier and keep money in the bank as I get there.
Like so many corporate bodies these days, I got letters saying "we really want to fix this, let us help you, we can do better" but it was total BS. If they don't see the green, they get kind of mean.
