Drs are great but, you have to stay on top of them for refills. Also, the first shipment took forever. Several back and forth on the app then finally I called and the issue was rectified.

LifeMD charges additional $129 subscription fee after the second month, a practice that was not discussed or agreed upon during our initial verbal agreement. I find these unexpected charges to be both unfair and excessive. The additional fees not only violates our original agreement but also places an undue financial burden on me as a customer. I believe that transparency and clear communication are essential in any business , and I'm disappointed that the company failed to uphold these values in this instance. I urge the company to reconsider these additional charges and honor the terms of our initial verbal agreement. Unfortunately this may not be the case going forward. **Update** Upon being contacted, I was provided with a complimentary 2-month subscription. I have subsequently revised my rating to reflect this satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Your staff is friendly and quick to assist, but the product has yet to provide me with results and it's going on 3 months.

Everything was great at first. The initial process was easy, the provider got my meds sent to the pharmacy the same day after being approved. They told me my estimated 10-14 day window for my meds to arrive. I messaged on the 13th day because no shipping information had still been provided. I got a message back that said that it would be ANOTHER 10-14 days for someone to contact me—making it somewhere in the ballpark of 1 month before I MIGHT receive the $199 medication I paid for. I don't think this is at all acceptable. I am inclined to ask for my money back.

I was quoted the following fees: $387 for 6 month membership. Meds would be $99 10 units, $129 20 units, $159 30 units and $239 40-100 units. The first two shipments were billed correctly. The second 2 were billed at $189 & $269, both $30 more than I was quoted. I would expect a refund for the additional $60 that was billed to my credit card. Same experience as the other that enrolled late May (ish) - the promised 10-14 days turned into more like 3 weeks. Since then, more timely. VERY UNHAPPY with the overcharge.

I find the processing time and expediting of my next prescription to be slow and without any updates..as of now my second prescription is 8 days out and still says and hovering as "ordered"......I am not sure what is happening and when I can possibly be expecting my next dosage, I feel LifeMD should give more updates in the form of messaging directly to me pertaining to my prescription status.

They take payment right away and say meds will show up in 10-14 days, I've had to follow up on the 16th business day each time asking where the meds are and get a quick response with an apology and a tracking number. What's the deal with shipping? Other than that I have had no issues. Will update my review if things change.

When I first found the company I read a ton of reviews and decided to go for it as there were so many positive so many negative. That being said at first I started got my appointment a couple weeks afterwards meds came no problem, after the first 4 months suddenly my dr no longer answered and new lady did. Ok fine not a big deal. I had to have an appointment to see my progress and she called me to see if I wanted to cancel last minute since she just approved the refill but I had a few questions they got answered. Then at my 6 months which I paid 6 months upfront they never notified me about a subscription charge or charged me one. Nothing was ordered nor did a dr speak with me between 6-7 months. At 7 months they asked me to change to maintenance since I lost 36 pounds and was in the normal range. When I did that it said it was $199 a month and would be 3 months of that charge. When I hit ok they charged my account $746 which I did not expect. So far I’m waiting to be refunded because I ended up canceling all together since the drs stopped actually responding unless it was for payment. I waited 3 weeks for an answer back after I experienced a bad reaction to the injection. Over all I’m happy I lost weight I couldn’t have lost without their service because my normal dr just brushed me off since I didn’t have a health problem yet. But it would have been nice to know they were trying for or expected a payment they never mentioned. It would also be nice if they gave you attention when you have a real question and didn’t just say sorry I just saw this 3 weeks later. The app is def. Not real time as in when you get a script filled weeks later says it’s still shipping. In this day and age that shouldn’t be a thing if your an online app based company. Sucks I had to just give it up but I was unable to trust the situation any further. I hope this is helpful for anyone who is also looking to get results they couldn’t otherwise and maybe they can step there game up with how much they are charging.
