The customer service rep (Shaleyer) was fantastic!! I could not get to customer service online so I called. This gentleman was FANTASTIC!!! The medication (Ramelteon) did NOT work for me but I am trying a different sleep med. Thanks.

LifeMD has been a wonderful addition to my health care journey. I am continually meeting my weight goals and noticing improvements in the progress of my general health overall. The process is easy and convenient and medical staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns. I absolutely recommend LifeMD for your GLP 1 journey.

No pressure
My intention when I originally called was just to ask some questions but Stephanie Tolan was such a good representative that I almost signed up on the first call. I appreciated her patience and her candor. Also she was able to ask for my business without being aggressive or fake. I wasn’t ready to make the decision that day but Stephanie gave me a way to get back in touch which was great. I didn’t have to start over with someone else when I was ready and she gets the credit for her work.

It’s an easy process
It’s an easy process. Clear directions and easy use syringes make giving myself injections a breeze. Visiting with the PA’s is a great bonus. So far I’m down 45 pounds since October 2024. It’s a great way to tame my food noise! I don’t wake up thinking about what I will eat during the day.
