Ms. Shawanna was exceptional. I presented 5 areas of concern/clarification; billing, virtual visits, dosage cost, insurance, and delivery, and she was able to answer each of my questions without having to ask me to repeat my concerns. Her professionalism was exemplary and I feel much better for having called to resolve my concerns.
