Everything with lifemd has been great with the exception of how long it take to get prescription refill processed and mailed.

I called in a few times and just had terrible customer service, got the run around on costs or just didn’t have the job knowledge to help. Then i called in and got Miss Crystal, and she is the only reason im writing this and o my reason im still a client. She is absolutely amazing, kind, and very knowledgable. She has gone out of her way to answer my questions and walk me thru next steps. I call in now and request her specifically and is and will be the only person I speak with. How ever may stars you rate on give them all to Crystal and add another one for me.
