The initial cost of $399 does not cover anything! The initial consultation is an additional $79 and I have no doubt the rx would be an additional cost on top of all that! I would have known this if it wasn't impossible to speak to a person regarding concerns. My call wasn't returned for over 5 days. Talk about hidden costs, lousy website and taking advantage of people? For that I give them 5 stars.

You cannot speak to anyone!! I have been waiting five days and no call. But you can bet my payment was processed!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I was so excited to get relief from my debilitating menopause symptoms and just got s slap in the face!!!!!!!

I would give them a 0 if I could. It is very difficult to reach a live agent for billing concerns. It’s all automated and no one seems to answer your questions. I tried to cancel my subscription on line and still getting charged for the service.

Very unhappy with results and this is a scam. I purchased this without any type of medical contact, advice, or testing with the promise that it would help with my menopause. After trying the product for several weeks, it did absolutely nothing to sooth my symptoms. When contacting the company for a refund they stated that once the product had been used they could not offer a refund. So my question is, how in the heck can you see if this will work if you can't try it. A really nice business model where the company never looses because the second you open the box, it's considered used and they will not refund. Also, how can they provide hormone and medical prescription without a single doctor diagnosing me or contacting me, this should be illegal. I plan on filling a complain with the Better Business Bureau and the CA Medical Board. UPDATE: They state to contact their customer service department to rectify the issue however this is an attempt from them to appear that they care, they don’t. Before posting my review which was a last resort I contacted them several times. They neither wanted to speak to me or be willing to “rectify the issue.” Stay away from them, I know a lot of you are suffering like me but they are just taking your money.

I was charged $149 for nothing! I have not received anything and i NEED to speak to a human to cancel! Cannot get anyone over the phone, emailed and nothing! I want to cancel and be refunded! Worst company and customer service! I want my money back!!!!

LifeMD customer service is severely lacking. Less than 24 hours after activating a six-month subscription for $447, I cancelled my subscription and was charged for one month, or $149. In addition, less than 24 hours after activating my subscription, I was being sent a month supply of GLP-1 without talking to anyone. There was no consult scheduled with a nurse practitioner or doctor. For that one month of GLP-1 injections, I was charged $349. All of this felt like a cash grab. LifeMD got it's money as quickly as it could and then started reaching out to me about scheduling an appointment to speak with someone. In short, I wouldn't recommend signing up with LifeMD. The company's services are overpriced and their attention to the wellbeing of their customers is nonexistent.

If it was an option to leave a 0 I would. They are horrible do NOT use LifeMD. I paid for a year's membership on false advertisement sent a email right after to cancel because their site is not user friendly. Now they are saying I am not eligible for a refund. THAT IS $447.00 not NOTHING. Horrible company.
