I have been using life ionizer for several years. Really like the product and service with replacement filters we get from them.

It took me over a year to research every single water ionizer on the market and I chose to buy a life ionizer. Just like must people, I found out about alkaline water from a kangen rep and of course I was not going to spend 4k on a water filter without researching. Once I started researching Kangen, I was sent into a wormhole of way too much information on the web. So many companies said that their unit was the best others said their unit was best and round and round I went for almost forever. I had found Life Ionizers in the very beginning but decided I needed to do my due diligence and I wish I would have just bought it right away. I could have been drinking and enjoying the water and benefits for an extra year. Anyway I went through all of the other companies and they had the best technology, filtration, nice looking models, quality water ionizers and they have been around a really long time so I feel good about being able to rely on them. I was so impressed by their units I bought my mom one as well. I would suggest calling the office and speaking to them since they really know what they are talking about. They gave me a ton of info on studies and they really are able to cut through all the internet he said she said and got me a really good unit and a good price. My advice = stop waiting and buy a unit. I haven't felt this good in years and years and years. The aches in my shoulder are gone and I have so much energy now. If only my younger self would have started with this water long ago who knows how great I would be now. Tanya proud owner of the life m13 water ionizer!

This is an excellent company. Had no issue ordering my unit. When I purchased my unit, I could contact my sales representative anytime with questions about my unit. If he did not have the time to talk, he would call me back and answer my questions

We purchased our M9X2017 Life Ionizer (counter top version) several months ago. We use it for all our water drinking and kombucha making. We bring 5 gallons of it with us when we go camping. I'd have to say we are now a bit of a "water snob" in that all regular tap water just doesn't' taste right anymore. Customer service is great and the filter is very easy to install and use.

We finally bought our ionizer from this company after contemplating and doing research about their machine for 8 months. I inquired through their chat service. They remembered from the first time I asked September 2016 to April 2017 when we bought the ionizer. Customer service is fantastic. They were very patient. The process was fast. We had trouble with the filter shell and they sent the replacement right away without any fees. With the machine, I am now comfortable drinking our water. It is delicious! I am using it to everything. It will be useful/convenient if they will have a technician available or a shop in our area if something happened with the machine so we don't have to bring it to their office or send it to them. They said it never, or very rare it happened. And this is the only reason why I am giving them 4 stars. Given this explanation, I guess that only means that their machine is the best!
