Life Ionizer Recently I contacted the staff at Life Ionizers seeking help with replacing the filters in my machine which I purchased several years ago. A friend of mine had installed my Life Ionizer when it arrived but moved away from the area. Twice I easily replaced the 2 filters that go inside the machine, but the 3rd year, 4 filters needed to be replaced and I could not figure out how to replace the 2 under the sink. When I contacted LI staff, they asked about the wrench that originally came with the machine. When I said I could not find it, they happily offered to send me a new one free of charge and provide any other help I might need. Considering that this machine was paid off the first year I had it, I find Life Ionizers staff willingness to get me back on track very affirming that they are a company that stands behind their product and has their customer’s best interest at heart!

I have owned a M9 Live Ionizer for the past 4 years. It does a good job of providing pure drinking water, alkaline water and acidic water. I use the pure water and alkaline water when making coffee and have found I don't have mineral buildup in the coffee maker and the coffee tastes great..I would think that any other appliance that uses water (eg. steam iron, humidifier, tea pot) would benefit , have less mineral deposits, if ionized water is used.

I'm glade I made the decision to purchase the Life Ionizer. Great customer service easy to install.

The best product out there for clean and/or alkaline water. It has greatly improved my health, and no doubt will help with anti-aging. The taste is great, and just having the peace of mind is wonderful. Great for pets too :) Also their customer service is always A++
