I would give 5 stars if shipping weren't so slow.

Born and raised in Florida. Love that you guys are based in Florida, but I don’t like that my supplements have to come from a New Jersey Warehouse. The main reason customers order from companies based in their state, is to cut down shipping time. I am a USPS customer so I don’t usually have my supplements shipped through UPS or FEDEX. Would love to see a warehouse added to Florida for your customers who live here.

It was good, shipping was a little slower than normal but that's ok

Always get what I order just takes a while to get here. I wish there were more Consumer Reports on Life Ext. products. Somehow they rate most other providers but rarely LE.

The products work and that is all anyone could want. I got them in a reasonable amount of time which is another plus.

There's only one problem. The shipping. It's supposed to come in 2 days and it came in 4. I received 8 emails from UPS changing back and forth about when it would arrive. It's their fault, I expect, and not LEF's.

Overall, a positive experience. That said, I do find the process of adding to auto delivery a bit cumbersome, but it's not a deal breaker - just a little frustrating and confusing. I'm also concerned about the supplements sitting in mailboxes, roasting in the heat until we get home. My order was extremely warm - so much so, it was concerning, and I called because storing in a "cool dry place" had not happened. I was assured that the phrase was intended for long-term storage, not a few hours or a day. I'm hoping the cs rep is right. I wish there were a way to keep the product cool or to assure the customer that everything is if gets real warm for a few hours.
