This review is only for the sale of lab work by Life Extension (LE). It was my first lab work order with LE. I ordered an iodine test and AFTER I paid I was told that I will not be able to use their regular lab - Labco because I lived in Maryland - one of 6 states where LE's customers could not access labco directly. I was to order a test kit after paying LE and then pay any blood draw place I could find separately out of pocket for their services. LE had no recommendations for the place I could use and what it could cost if I paid for the separate service. The sample from the random place I picked would then go through some process for testing. My results will be accessible through LE. I bought the SAME TEST DIRECTLY FROM LABCO at a lower price, with the gurantee of the service offered by labco, which has a good reputation for lab work. LE was NOT upfront about their "6 states" issue. In addition they never sent me a cancellation email, which they promised to RESEND when I called them for the second time but never did. I had to call paypal to inform them that I should not be charged. I was told that the issue could take at least 2 weeks to resolve as LE had been paid and paypal had not heard from LE at the time I called.

I have not received my order

Impossible to get a wholesale account with you, in spite of supplying all the requested documentation and maintaining a perfect credit rating. We have a perfect record of payment with every supplier and yet you send us a cryptic letter declining an account. Spent hours trying to get everything requested to you--what gives?

Very rude customer service. A person from Support didn’t even bother to say ‘Hello’ in his reply to me in the email. Was unable to help and showed zero empathy and interest in finding any solution to my request. Horrible experience Will never buy from life extension again

Never received the packed

Unethical Business Practices & Baseless Accusations I have been a loyal customer of Life Extension for some time, but their recent behavior is beyond unacceptable. Without any prior warning or communication, they arbitrarily canceled my orders behind my back and falsely accused me of reselling their products on Amazon—something I have NEVER done. When they advertise sales, I try to stock up. Instead of reaching out for clarification or offering any kind of customer service, they took the cowardly approach of blacklisting me without explanation and cutting off access to products I rely on. What kind of company treats its paying customers this way? Their reckless, unfounded accusations and total lack of professionalism show a complete disregard for customer loyalty and ethical business practices. If you’re considering buying from them, be warned: they will judge you unfairly, refuse to provide basic customer support, and cancel your orders without reason. There are plenty of other supplement companies out there that respect their customers—Life Extension clearly isn’t one of them. Avoid them at all costs.
