Life ExtensionReviews of lifeextension.com

Very happy with the vitamins/supplements and the fast delivery! Felt I got a great deal!!!

I have purchased supplements from Life Extension on and off for several years. The products are high in quality, and always at an incredible price, but my review of this company today is not about their excellent products, good prices, or speedy delivery; it is about their amazing customer service team. I called them a few days ago, whining about a mistaken order. I was in a bad mood, and I snapped at the CSRs. The CSR was a complete professional. She was understanding and calm, kind, and thoroughly listened to my complaint. She remedied the problem immediately, never changing her positive, helpful tone or pushing back with attitude. I believe the customer service at Life Extension should be the standard for all.

I find the website easy to use, the descriptions helpful and the prices very fair. Most importantly I find the products to be of high quality. Shipping is fast and accurate. I’m very satisfied.

Life Extension is a fantastic company, hands down! Customer care service is amazing! Ordering is simple with quick delivery times. You can trust the quality of the products, and the prices are great, too. Have been with the company for a long time, and will definitely continue.

Happy with their brand. Quick to you and correct product. Rewards system is awesome.Ive been a customer for years. As of yet no reason to change!

the fact that I can order my own tests and get results and then talk to someone there about recommendations

Timely service and good prices.

As always, Life Extension gets every aspect of your needs from them absolutely perfectly. Also extremely polite, courteous and competent phone staff. Not much room for improvement,...if any!
