I would be wary of this company. When I reached out to this company I assumed that they were a cleaning organization of compassion and resource, for those people that have neglected, hoarder situations, mobility challenged, chronic or terminal illnesses...people like myself, that need assistance in getting their home into a livable condition. I explained I wasn't looking for a handout. I have some money to apply to this, but apparently that's not what his company does. Which is very confusing based on the information on his website. I spoke with Brandon, who apparently is the owner, but all I got was a salesman speech. His entire website and mission statement feels contradictory to the conversation I just had. He was trying to get me to even do a reverse mortgage on my home in order to have money for the cleaning and the repairs that need done, and he just happened to have a branch of his business that does mortgages and home inspections. I explained I'm just trying to get parts of my home in order. I didn't call about repairs and reverse mortgages but that's where the conversation kept going. And for someone who is supposed to be in the business to help people who are at their worst, I did not get any compassion. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot, a child. I have worked since I was 13. Most of the time I work a full-time and a part-time job. But I was spoken to as if I was someone who had never contributed anything to this earth. The entire conversation was very condescending, and anytime I asked for clarification or details I got the same six words, "you got to work with me". If I thought that he could actually help me I would seriously consider walking down his very demanding path, but as I asked more questions and when he realized I wasn't willing to jump into a reverse mortgage right there on the phone, his demeanor became more apathetic and dismissive. Then he got another call, and he put me on a very long hold, and when he came back I could tell that he wanted to jump off of my call on to the one that was probably a better deal for him. He did say if I was interested I could take pictures of my house and send them to him. I might even consider that if I thought that he was a upstanding person. But I don't want to send pictures that are embarrassing and potentially upsetting, to someone who didn't provide any proof of integrity or confidentiality. I need more than just words when I have a 8 minute conversation with someone who doesn't make me feel protected supported or confident in anything that they're saying. It's difficult to know how to rate this. I didn't have any actual work done. But I am going by the conversation I had with the principal of the organization. One star seems a little severe and five Stars is totally outrageous. So I think I'll go somewhere in the middle on the low side and just go with the two Stars

Hi J Hall, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—I genuinely appreciate your honesty. I want to respond thoughtfully, because situations like yours are exactly why Life Cycle Transitions exists. When we spoke, you shared that you needed help but had limited resources available upfront. That’s something we hear every day, and it’s precisely why we’ve built our company to offer multiple pathways forward—not just one service. To clarify, I didn’t present just one option. I first introduced our Monthly Stabilization Plan, which allows clients to begin with as little as a 4-hour session—creating a more manageable, lower-cost way to start making progress over time. That option didn’t seem to align with what you were hoping for, as you expressed wanting the work completed upfront with payment handled afterward. At that point, the most realistic way to accomplish what you were looking for was to explain our Mortgage Rescue Program—a structured financial solution designed to fund the full scope of work and allow repayment in manageable monthly increments. This is a program we’ve spent years carefully crafting and customizing to ensure we can support people across a wide range of financial situations, and we take great pride in the fact that it has helped thousands of individuals and families move forward when they felt stuck or out of options. That wasn’t meant to feel like pressure—it was my way of trying to bridge the gap between what you needed done and what was financially possible. I also offered alternatives to make things more comfortable, including submitting photos instead of allowing someone into your home. I completely understand how difficult and personal that can feel, and I respect that you weren’t comfortable moving forward in that way. At the same time, some level of participation is necessary for us to create a safe and accurate plan. I also want to address something important for you and for anyone reading this: We are not in the business of pushing clients into third-party lenders, collecting a fee, and walking away. In fact, we take the opposite approach. We spend months carefully vetting our strategic lending partners before ever aligning with them. And to demonstrate that commitment, we require our preferred lenders to fully explore every possible option available to each client—not just present high-yield or one-size-fits-all solutions. Our intention is never just to “get something approved,” but to ensure that whatever path is chosen is thoughtful, responsible, and sustainable for the client long-term. That said, I do want to acknowledge this: These situations are deeply personal, emotional, and often overwhelming. If at any point the conversation felt rushed, misaligned, or lacking in compassion, I take that seriously. You deserved to feel heard and supported first. For clarity to others reading this: We are not just a cleaning company. We are a transition-focused service, designed to help people navigate complex situations that involve not just the home—but also health, safety, and financial limitations. Our programs—whether gradual stabilization or full-scope solutions—are designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward at a pace that works for them. If you ever feel open to revisiting the conversation, I would welcome the opportunity to approach it in a way that better aligns with your comfort level and pace. There is no judgment. There is no shame. Just a path forward when you’re ready. Wishing you the best, Brandon Bronaugh Owner, Life Cycle Transitions
