Heard back once when I first reached out to them. Gave them the information they wanted and was told I would get a call in 30 mins. Then I got a text saying they would call even later. Never heard another thing from them. It was an emergency situation for a relative and now it's too late to help them. Thanks a ton.

I want to sincerely apologize for your experience—this is not the level of communication or responsiveness we hold ourselves to, especially in what sounds like a very urgent and emotional situation.
There’s no excuse for not following through after setting that expectation, and I take full responsibility for that breakdown. I can only imagine how frustrating—and disappointing—that must have felt, particularly when you were trying to get help for a loved one.
If you’re open to it, I would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, understand exactly what happened, and see if there’s anything we can still do to support you or your family moving forward.
Please feel free to reach out to me personally at 877-273-7810 or email me at [email protected].
Again, I’m very sorry we missed the mark here. Your situation deserved better, and so did you.

More real estate acquisition ploy than cleaning company. Beware.
I am a senior citizen and mobility
disabled. When I was hospitalized for
emergency surgery a family member
flew to Boston from the West Coast
and hired Life Cycle Transitions, LLC to
clean out my residence to be
wheelchair ready when I returned
from the hospital.
The owner, Brandon
Bronaugh, advertises his vast
experience with cleaning out hoarder
houses and other homes requiring
skilled cleaning. He met my family
member at the residence, inspected it
and provided a verbal proposal to
clear out clutter and provide "deep
cleaning." He would not provide a written contract. He collected 50% payment and had his crew start work.
My family member returned home on the last day of work that Mr. Bronaugh had originally proposed. He said more days were needed and kept his crew
working. I was still in hospital. He
collected the final payment from my family member's credit card before the
work was finished.
He refused to provide an itemized
receipt specifying the work completed.
He provided a list of excuses why the
job was not completed. It is surprising
that the vast experience he touts was
insufficient for him to give a realistic
proposal for the work needed.
Ultimately, he told us we should turn
the residence over to him to repair
and sell. He claimed the home was
unlivable and too expensive for us to
repair ourselves. He stressed he had
videos that proved his claims.
His language was crafted to frighten me. I feel he exploits the vulnerable who
turn to his company for help.
Subsequent cleaners and contractors
have proved his scary claims false.
After his crew finished the home had
debris covering the floors. They left
debris on the front and back stairwells
of the building. When asked
by my building's HOA to clean up mess
left on front and back stairs in the
building their response was they
would not because I had filed
complaints about them.
Rather than providing clear out and
cleaning services, Life Cycle Transitions
seems focused on acquiring
properties from vulnerable clients for
their own profit.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I want to start by saying I’m genuinely sorry for how this experience felt for you—especially given your health situation and the urgency surrounding your return home. That should have been handled with more clarity, consistency, and care.
I also want to address a few important points directly.
Our intention is never—under any circumstance—to pressure or frighten a client into selling their home. When we discuss options like repairs, cleanup costs, or even potential sale scenarios, it is meant to provide full transparency so families can make informed decisions—not to steer or coerce them in any direction. The Home Rescue conversations are always meant to be optional and only introduced when a property’s condition may present financial or safety challenges.
That said, it’s clear from your experience that this did not come across that way, and that’s something I take very seriously.
Regarding the project itself—our goal is always to set proper expectations upfront. If there was any lack of written documentation, unclear scope, or misalignment on timeline and completion, that is not acceptable by our standards. You deserved a clearly defined plan, proper communication, and a finished result that matched what was discussed.
The concerns about debris left behind and the follow-up response you received are also not reflective of how we operate or what we stand for. That should have been addressed promptly and professionally, regardless of any dispute.
I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review this situation in detail and make this right where possible. Please contact me directly at 877-273-7810 or [email protected] so I can personally look into what happened and work toward a resolution.
Again, I’m sorry for your experience. Situations like yours require trust, care, and accountability—and I take responsibility for addressing where we fell short.
