While personal circumstances prohibited us from moving forward with the project, I wanted to acknowledge the time, effort, and understanding extended to us by Life Cycle Transitions. Brandon not only helped us assess and evaluate the scope of our project within hours of requesting a quote, but also made himself available after hours to personally answer any questions we had. This level of personalized attention, responsiveness, and care is rare these days- especially in a company that has national presence. Brandon was compassionate, clearly experienced, and willing to work with us to honor both our budget and our goals. If you find yourself in a position that feels overwhelming, Life Cycle Transitions is who you need to reach out to. I only wish we had found them sooner.

I never thought I’d be writing…
I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but Life Cycle Transitions literally saved my home.
I was in a really difficult situation overwhelmed, and honestly embarrassed about how bad things had gotten. I didn’t know who to trust or where to turn. A friend recommended this Company and I’m so grateful they did.

Best decision
Working with this company has been nothing short of life-changing for our family. Helping a loved one who struggles with hoarding is an incredibly delicate and emotional process, and from the very beginning, their team approached my aunt with a level of compassion, patience, and respect that truly stood out.
They never made her feel judged or overwhelmed. Instead, they took the time to listen, understand her attachment to her belongings, and move at a pace that made her feel safe and in control. What could have been a stressful and traumatic experience was handled with such sensitivity that my aunt felt supported every step of the way.
Their professionalism and organization skills were exceptional. They didn’t just clean a space, they helped restore comfort, and peace of mind.
I am so grateful for the care they showed my aunt, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of not just cleaning and organization services, but a team that truly understands the human side of the process. Their company seems to offer several other services outside of cleaning and organizing for anyone looking for help with distressed properties as well, which is amazing for anyone interested in those services.

Hi Lily,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this—your words truly mean a lot.
Helping families through situations like your aunt’s is exactly why we do what we do. We understand that this process is never just about the home—it’s about the person, their story, and creating a path forward that feels safe, respectful, and empowering. Hearing that your aunt felt supported, heard, and in control throughout the process is the greatest outcome we could hope for.
Your recognition of our team’s compassion, patience, and professionalism means everything. These situations require more than just cleanup—they require trust, sensitivity, and a genuine commitment to doing right by the individual and the family.
We’re grateful you trusted us during such an important time, and we’re honored to have been part of your aunt’s journey toward a more peaceful and manageable living space.
If you or your family ever need anything in the future—whether it’s continued support or guidance on next steps—we’re always here.
With appreciation,

I would be wary of this company. When I reached out to this company I assumed that they were a cleaning organization of compassion and resource, for those people that have neglected, hoarder situations, mobility challenged, chronic or terminal illnesses...people like myself, that need assistance in getting their home into a livable condition. I explained I wasn't looking for a handout. I have some money to apply to this, but apparently that's not what his company does. Which is very confusing based on the information on his website. I spoke with Brandon, who apparently is the owner, but all I got was a salesman speech. His entire website and mission statement feels contradictory to the conversation I just had. He was trying to get me to even do a reverse mortgage on my home in order to have money for the cleaning and the repairs that need done, and he just happened to have a branch of his business that does mortgages and home inspections. I explained I'm just trying to get parts of my home in order. I didn't call about repairs and reverse mortgages but that's where the conversation kept going. And for someone who is supposed to be in the business to help people who are at their worst, I did not get any compassion. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot, a child. I have worked since I was 13. Most of the time I work a full-time and a part-time job. But I was spoken to as if I was someone who had never contributed anything to this earth. The entire conversation was very condescending, and anytime I asked for clarification or details I got the same six words, "you got to work with me". If I thought that he could actually help me I would seriously consider walking down his very demanding path, but as I asked more questions and when he realized I wasn't willing to jump into a reverse mortgage right there on the phone, his demeanor became more apathetic and dismissive. Then he got another call, and he put me on a very long hold, and when he came back I could tell that he wanted to jump off of my call on to the one that was probably a better deal for him. He did say if I was interested I could take pictures of my house and send them to him. I might even consider that if I thought that he was a upstanding person. But I don't want to send pictures that are embarrassing and potentially upsetting, to someone who didn't provide any proof of integrity or confidentiality. I need more than just words when I have a 8 minute conversation with someone who doesn't make me feel protected supported or confident in anything that they're saying. It's difficult to know how to rate this. I didn't have any actual work done. But I am going by the conversation I had with the principal of the organization. One star seems a little severe and five Stars is totally outrageous. So I think I'll go somewhere in the middle on the low side and just go with the two Stars

Hi J Hall,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—I genuinely appreciate your honesty.
I want to respond thoughtfully, because situations like yours are exactly why Life Cycle Transitions exists.
When we spoke, you shared that you needed help but had limited resources available upfront. That’s something we hear every day, and it’s precisely why we’ve built our company to offer multiple pathways forward—not just one service.
To clarify, I didn’t present just one option.
I first introduced our Monthly Stabilization Plan, which allows clients to begin with as little as a 4-hour session—creating a more manageable, lower-cost way to start making progress over time.
That option didn’t seem to align with what you were hoping for, as you expressed wanting the work completed upfront with payment handled afterward.
At that point, the most realistic way to accomplish what you were looking for was to explain our Mortgage Rescue Program—a structured financial solution designed to fund the full scope of work and allow repayment in manageable monthly increments.
This is a program we’ve spent years carefully crafting and customizing to ensure we can support people across a wide range of financial situations, and we take great pride in the fact that it has helped thousands of individuals and families move forward when they felt stuck or out of options.
That wasn’t meant to feel like pressure—it was my way of trying to bridge the gap between what you needed done and what was financially possible.
I also offered alternatives to make things more comfortable, including submitting photos instead of allowing someone into your home. I completely understand how difficult and personal that can feel, and I respect that you weren’t comfortable moving forward in that way. At the same time, some level of participation is necessary for us to create a safe and accurate plan.
I also want to address something important for you and for anyone reading this:
We are not in the business of pushing clients into third-party lenders, collecting a fee, and walking away.
In fact, we take the opposite approach.
We spend months carefully vetting our strategic lending partners before ever aligning with them. And to demonstrate that commitment, we require our preferred lenders to fully explore every possible option available to each client—not just present high-yield or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Our intention is never just to “get something approved,” but to ensure that whatever path is chosen is thoughtful, responsible, and sustainable for the client long-term.
That said, I do want to acknowledge this:
These situations are deeply personal, emotional, and often overwhelming. If at any point the conversation felt rushed, misaligned, or lacking in compassion, I take that seriously.
You deserved to feel heard and supported first.
For clarity to others reading this:
We are not just a cleaning company.
We are a transition-focused service, designed to help people navigate complex situations that involve not just the home—but also health, safety, and financial limitations.
Our programs—whether gradual stabilization or full-scope solutions—are designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward at a pace that works for them.
If you ever feel open to revisiting the conversation, I would welcome the opportunity to approach it in a way that better aligns with your comfort level and pace.
There is no judgment. There is no shame.
Just a path forward when you’re ready.
Wishing you the best,
Brandon Bronaugh

No call back
Heard back once when I first reached out to them. Gave them the information they wanted and was told I would get a call in 30 mins. Then I got a text saying they would call even later. Never heard another thing from them. It was an emergency situation for a relative and now it's too late to help them. Thanks a ton.

I want to sincerely apologize for your experience—this is not the level of communication or responsiveness we hold ourselves to, especially in what sounds like a very urgent and emotional situation.
There’s no excuse for not following through after setting that expectation, and I take full responsibility for that breakdown. I can only imagine how frustrating—and disappointing—that must have felt, particularly when you were trying to get help for a loved one.
If you’re open to it, I would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, understand exactly what happened, and see if there’s anything we can still do to support you or your family moving forward.
Please feel free to reach out to me personally at 877-273-7810 or email me at [email protected].
Again, I’m very sorry we missed the mark here. Your situation deserved better, and so did you.

I contact Life Cycle Transition to help…
I contact Life Cycle Transition to help with my 30yrs of collecting unnecessary things, they came out did a assessment and it was a level 4 situation, after the assessment they sat down with me and went over there expectations of me and the help they wanted me to provide so that nothing that was of significant importance to me would be thrown out during the process.Thwy explained to me the the project with take approximately 8-10 days which to my was rather short but not only did Life Cycle do an amazing job they were finished in 7days which contributed to lowering my anxiety. I had procrastinated with putting this project off for the past 10-12yrs and these guy were a god sent, I have referred this company to multiple friends and family because they do it all packing, organizing, sanitizing, cleaning, moving and more
