She gets a 2 for effort. As a musician, I was disappointed that this instructor knows absolutely nothing about music theory or music therapy and doesn't even mention it in the course. How on earth can you call yourself a sound healer when you don't know basic theory and WHY it helps people? I know it sounds harsh, but I didn't need this course at all and it was a waste of money. Everything included in this course could be learned by asking AI or watching a YouTube video.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry the course didn't meet your expectations. Our Sound Healer Certification was intentionally designed to teach the principles and practice of sound healing with intuition and intention. Rather than focusing on traditional music theory, our approach emphasizes getting to know yourself and your clients needs and responding with intuitive playing, listening, intention, while creating supportive healing experiences. We believe that sound healing is accessible to people from all backgrounds and that formal musical training, whether it's music theory or past experience with a musical instrument, is not required to become an effective sound practitioner. We provide a detailed course outline before enrollment so prospective students can see exactly what is covered. Because music theory is not part of the curriculum, it was not included in the course outline. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you all the best on your journey.
