She gets a 2 for effort. As a musician, I was disappointed that this instructor knows absolutely nothing about music theory or music therapy and doesn't even mention it in the course. How on earth can you call yourself a sound healer when you don't know basic theory and WHY it helps people? I know it sounds harsh, but I didn't need this course at all and it was a waste of money. Everything included in this course could be learned by asking AI or watching a YouTube video.

I have been a customer of LCE for 2.5 years and continue to buy courses all the time. When you connect with LCE, you aren't just getting a course, you're getting a the opportunity to be in a community. *Update: their response to this contains a lot of misinformation, which makes them even more of an untrustworthy company. I have screenshots of no box existing at checkout, screenshots of multiple items in my cart which they claim isn’t possible, I also did not say I looked through the content and “decided it wasn’t for me.” Everything they’re claiming there’s clear proof against. *The point of review sites is for customers to share their authentic experience, to attempt to argue with them and create misinformation to discredit their truthful (and documented) experience, rather than attempt to make it better, reveals who you are as a business. I contacted sharing I appreciate their beautiful work and that I just purchased the wrong course and believed it was a singing one, that I’d like to exchange to the product I thought I was buying, and that I planned to purchase more courses and bowls from them. I shared how excited I was to learn a new skill and the course I accidentally purchased is not on the topic I want to learn, it’s on singing bowls, which I’ve worked deeply with for over a decade and would never purposely buy. Pretending to be kind while taking customers’ money and calling it “boundaries”, is still taking people’s money. Also gatekeeping and making up so much around a $100 course with content you can find on YouTube, rather than simply being willing to help a paying customer who made a mistake and wanted to learn a new skill, is crazy. Treat your customers and community better! There is a difference between someone contacting immediately after purchase explaining it’s not what they meant to order asking to please exchange to what they meant to buy, than someone who goes through an entire course then contacts for a refund. Why is this company of “healers” spending so much time obsessing over every little detail just so they can try to justify not helping another healer whose money they’ve taken while refusing to provide the product she wanted so she could spread more healing? They replied that I should have read their FAQ and read the course curriculum properly…completely ignoring what I explained. They blamed not being willing to help on their non-refundable policy.. but it’s just a lack of humanness that I haven’t seen on any other course platform before: “You purchased the wrong course and wrote us immediately to change to the course you wanted? Too bad, we’re just going to take your money and not help.” And now argue publicly, and make up things that anyone can go on our site and see aren’t true, to justify why we’re behaving this way. All from a company claiming to be on a mission to “teach the next generation of healers”… Yet when a younger professional healer makes an honest mistake and reaches out right away, there’s zero flexibility or willingness to help.  I kindly suggested they add to their policy that they will not exchange courses under any circumstances or help customers if a mistake or technical error occurs, as they keep repeating they are not giving me the product I paid for due to “policy”. Yet their policy doesn’t say anything about this. Based on their responses I doubt they will have the integrity to let customers know how they actually operate beforehand. She told me multiple times they can see everything I do on the platform (such weird energy), then share time stamps, suggesting I secretly went through their course that I have zero interest in.. I was upfront that it took them over 24hours to reply and I was really excited to begin, so skimmed through to see if there’s any singing, which there isn’t. Hosting courses myself, I’m well aware of how the platforms work. I would never treat a customer this way. I also have a non-refundable policy but have had students in similar situations many times and of course chose to help them. And can’t say I’ve ever stalked their online activity to this degree. Mistakes happen. As true healers we choose to empower others, not take from them and call it policy, when the situation isn’t even mentioned in their policy. The course was purchased by mistake- not exchanging accidental purchases is not expected or common policy. It makes me sad to think of those being called to healing for the first time who may have a similar experience, which is why I share this review. If I just started out and this is how I was treated, I wouldn’t continue my journey as I’d believe the industry is fake. Or for those wanting to better their lives but this company takes away the opportunity even after they’ve paid, not everyone has unlimited funds to follow their dreams after companies take their money. Large (non-“healing”) corporations don’t even treat customers this poorly. I truly hope they do better in the future.

I started with one course, the crystals, that just tickled my fancy to be curious …. I loved it !!! My father was in the hospital at the time so it’s something that I used on him which I saw a difference and a sense of peace for him at the moment but he was severe and past. I was more curious so I did the fundamentals of sound bath and recieved another and buy one get one free . I was fascinated, the history the science , it was more than I expected it was brief to the point easy to follow and do. This lead me to explore more outside of this company (google etc ) for my own satisfaction and basis of truth and science, everything was lining up . I was dealing with my own aches and pains arthritis tiredness etc at my age 59. Just thought its old age creeping in what you gonna do. I took more classes as this was going to be good for not only myself and my family . The Reiki class was spectacular!!! I am now doing reiki to myself and family, family members that were grieving from more deaths in our family and their responses was how it was really helping them and they can sense it . Supportive . I also worked on my son’s aches and pains he’s an athlete so there was plenty, my husband is in construction and the aches and pains he goes throw not to mention broken bones severe cuts etc. He was completely amazed . The tunning forks class another amazing class . Shortly we discovered that they were being used in the medical tents at the soccer games my son was playing in. I decided that this is something I want to do and help others as well. I am sighned up with just about every course there is because I believe in it so much. Because of this I was able to write about the loss of my parents my child hood trauma and became a 2x international best selling author with 2 books out (The call with in and Whispers of the soul ) Things happen for a reason! During this time I was diagnosed with cancer 2 different cancers in different parts of my body! Life changing community helped during this time and I have to say literally helped me get through it. With these incredible modalities and services. I have met incredible authors and made incredible friends. I am now 62 yhisnisnpart of my life !! Do I Recomend 💯. I have purchased from this company multiple times over a few years. I have purchased certifications, instruments, publishing, contests for fundraising etc and am always more than satisfied. The classes online and in person are top notch and very thorough. They are always ready to help with questions and the company is second to none! Very highly recommend!!! It's literally life-changing!
