LibreOfficeReviews of libreoffice.org

Absolutely never going back to MS based BS again. This office suite is worth every penny and it actually doesn't cost anything. I will be donating what I can to keep these sort of open source solutions on-line! It's quite liberating to be able to use software that doesn't own everything and constantly force you to pay more to just use what we've always been able to. Done with those monopolies. Highly recommend. I would imagine the ridiculously low score on trust pilot comes from those same monopolies that software like this threatens. Greed should never win.

I wrote a previous review pointing out some limitations of LibreOffice. Those limitations have now been fully addressed and corrected, and I have been using LibreOffice as a complete replacement for Microsoft Office, both for verbal composition and for spreadsheet functions.

It's free, it opens my docs, I can edit them, no complaints. Don't understand the crazily negative reviews, thanks Libre office for choosing not to be a subscription service like the rest!

Nie ma się czego czepić, bo mnie wszystko gra. Jest szybki i intuicyjny.

It just works. It's ethical. It's smooth and a huge pleasure working with it. I've been using it for years now, and it just gets better and better. It handles huge documents way better than MS Office and other office suits.

Its awesome currently, there are so many similarities with Microsoft Word, and its easy to use, probably the best free alternative.

I'm a retired IT professional who transitioned from Microsoft Office to LibreOffice. The main reason for my switch is that, as a retiree, I don’t use it for business and don’t need the advanced features offered by Microsoft. Simply put, my needs don’t justify the expense, as Microsoft is quite costly. In the five years since my retirement, I have found that there isn’t a single task I’ve wanted to accomplish in LibreOffice that I couldn’t. I use its spreadsheet application to balance my checking account monthly, write correspondence, print and mail merged wedding invitations, and engage in various crafting projects with its word processor. In return for this wonderful product, I make a yearly donation to support the effort. Bottom line, If you do heavy work that requires extensive functions, LibreOffice might not be the best fit for you. However, for small to medium users with basic office needs, this software is definitely worth trying!

Have used Libreoffice for years. Got me through Uni, does absolutely everything we need and it's free! For an alternative to MS Office, it's honestly amazing
