I was a customer for years
I have been a customer for years. I made a purchase 4/4/25. The charge posted to my CC account today 4/7/25. Normally, I get an e-mail when the charge posts and the item is being shipped. I sent an e-mail stating I was not in a rush for the order and that I noticed the charge had been posted. All I wanted was to make sure I was in the processing queue. I received a very rude reply that did not answer my question... So much for customer care/service
