Pretty smooth shopping experience
Pretty smooth shopping experience. A little strict on payment but reasonable all things considered. I like the free shipping I got. Not certain if that is standard or just a one time thing but nice non the less.

Ordered BU Morgan's roll 1921
Ordered BU Morgan's roll 1921. They are XF AU BU. Mixed condition. I took them to my Coin Club members to verify my opinion. They said that the above conditions were their own opinions. I advised Liberty and they replied, Thanks for the feedback. No offer to refund or exchange. I did not ask them to, I wanted to see how they would handle it. Oh paid $ 36 per coin ( $719.39) when spot was 31.67.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of the 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar roll you received. Our policy requires that any discrepancies or issues with an order be communicated to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Our records indicate that your communication was received more than 60 days after your order was delivered. Furthermore, our records also show that we did offer you the option to return the coins for a full refund when you initially contacted us. While we understand your disappointment with the mixed condition of the coins, our response was in line with our established policies and the options we provided at the time of your initial contact.

Great place to purchase Gold and Silver
Large selection of items. The cost is reasonably over spot price w no add on fees. I called once to change an item and customer service was great.

Liberty Coin Rocks!
Liberty Coin has very competitive prices. Their products are always excellent quality. I've never had a bad experience with this company and they're my "Go To" place for IRA Quality Precious Metals. In my opinion, they just rock!
