Send a Order Tracking 'System that works! I could not track my order when shipped due to faulty tracking link resulting in my absence from my shipping location and missing my order delivery!

The buying experience went OK
The buying experience went OK. Not familiar with Plaid and was uncomfortable connecting with my banking institution. My main issue is the amount of time you have to wait until you can actually talk with someone. Customer service should be based on Eastern Time and have someone available at 9:00 AM eastern time instead of making us wait until 1:00 PM eastern time to actually speak with an Associate.

Changing the price during checkout is bad. It wasn’t a lot, but it sucks.
