I was hesitant going into this, but all my questions were answered, I was provided a fair price. I was upfront and explained my cars situation and what I did prior to the purchasing, and they were open, listened and approved the contract. Joe is awesome to work with, as well as the claims service whom I had questions for. Thank you! Let's hope the claim service is as smooth, if I should ever need to use it.
