Thanks to Michael Wilson I literally doubled my coverage for half the price, Mike was on it and extremely helpful! I bought an older vehicle for a company car and happen to just look online of a warranty package after the dealer offered me on. I was almost going to pay over $3K for 2 years or 20K miles, and ended up paying less than $3K for 5 years 100K miles on a premium package with Liberty! This is a follow up review of my 1 star rating due to a claim denial that I believe should be covered. Special thanks to Jacob for the excellent service recovery and taking the initiative to contact me to work things out. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service received and will be keeping my policy after all.

I called about a billing issue and the agent handled the call very well. Later i got two other calls one was to make sure my problem was resolved , the other to fix the issue. I was very impressed with that customer service. Love this company so far

So far I’m impressed with Liberty Bell. The warranty purchasing process was professional and courteous. Their plans seem reasonable and offer full coverage for a fair price.
