got a quote and an email follow up, thought it was going great replied to the email NOTHING have called back 5 TIMES AND HAVE TO GIVE ALL MY INFO AGAIN WITH THE PROMISE OF A CALL BACK THAT HAS NEVER HAPPEN. this has been going on since 9/17 1stcontact was a Joe White , they can't even tell me if he works there. Hate to thing what would happen if I needed to turn in a claim

Jeff Lewis put up with my cantankerous grilling, my challenges to his answers, and generally curt demeanor throughout the sales process. He was always professional and I never heard him get flustered or irritated with me. He was very patient. I did not like the fact I didn’t get Liberty’s best offer up front. When Jeff thought I was going “to walk,” he ask me to hold so he could see if “his manager could sweeten the deal.” When he came back on the line 2 minutes later, the offer was SIGNIFICANTLY better. Still Jeff provided a good sales experience and now I just hope Liberty Bell “walks his talk”when I need to use them. Steve, Cleveland, OH
