I purchased the footrest through the website and was told it would arrive within 5 to 8 business days. After that time passed, I had no information about my order, so I contacted them and was told it would be shipped in early January. It is now January 11th and I still have no updates. I have contacted them again and they do not reply, and on the website, my order does not even appear in the order search section. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal, reported the issue, and got my money back. Do not buy from this company, as they are not trustworthy.

I have pledged on kickstarter within first 1500. There were promises and assurances in kicstarter updates about the delivery times that were never kept. When I finally received the chair, it did not come with anything else. All the kickstarter rewards and the footrest itself which I payed for were not present. They never informed me about this. I had to found out about it on the internet discussions. Month after receiving the chair, I still don't have the footrest and rewards and still have not received any email from the company about the fact that it was no present during the chair delivery or when should I even expect it. They assured me in email, when I contacted support, that the orders are being delivered strictly by the order number and region. Yet someone else from EU country (my region), from country right next to mine, who was late pledger, already has his footrest and chair.. So they just straight up lied about that as well. The chair itself is nice, but I would advice you to stay away from the company.

Customer service is non existent. Does not reply to emails and the phone number never goes through.

I would rate the chair, but I still haven't received it. I placed my order in August though Kickstarter, with an estimated delivery date of October. This was changed to mid-November. When that date passed I was told it was "in the queue" and would be priority shipped right away. A few weeks later I was told it was for sure going to be shipped by Dec 5th. It is December 18th now, 4 months after they took my money, and still no chair, shipping date, or communication from the company.

No communication after I bought the chair. Three weeks later no response to emails and chats. DO NOT BUY... its a scam!

The company moves from promotion to promotion selling chairs while they leave their customers hanging. Support is awful. They'll ship you a chair battery or a cooling pad and then you wait for the chair while you watch their next promotions. This company treats customers like Kickstarter contributors. Awful, stay away

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I ordered the bundle with the chair, footstool, extra battery, and cooling pad. All I received was the chair the cooling pad, and it's been almost two months and i still have not received my footstool or extra battery i paid for. Furthermore, i've sent them multiple emails and contacted their customer service, and my emails are ignored and the live rep gives me the run around. Finally i got fed up and requested a formal return, and they still have not authorized my return in two weeks, and said i have to pay for the shipping back even though i never received my full order. I'm still waiting for a response!

I purchased the bundle with the footrest and when my package arrived, I only received the chair. I immediately reached out to customer service via email on November 25th to report the missing footrest and request a resolution. It is now November 29th, and I have received absolutely zero response. I have now emailed them multiple times. No acknowledgement, no confirmation, and no attempt to address the missing item I paid for. What I ordered remains undelivered, and the company has chosen to ignore my attempts to contact them for over 4 days. This is not a slight delay; this is a complete failure of customer service and order fulfillment.
