My wife and I LOVE the chairs and footrest. If I was to complain about anything would be the prolonged delivery time due to the high demand of this product.

After 3 months of waiting, I finally got my replacement seat. Drastically increasing comfort. The original cushion was still tolerable, but in any other case having an unusable chair for 3 months would be terrible. It took a long time, but eventually they delivered on their promise. Giving me a very comfortable chair. They seem to have upped their game. Original review: I tried ordering one of their chairs, and got in contact with customer service. No response after a week, even though they state they reply within 24 hours. Eventually they upped the price of my order by 250€ If customer service is this bad, I'd advice against investing your money in it. Update: I took the chance anyway and bought one second hand. The seat cushion detached in two weeks. Customer support says they can refund the original buyer, or he can buy a new chair, again at full price (so not the kickstarter price he paid for it). Expect low quality chinese chairs, and file any warranties before this company undoubtedly goes bankrupt.

I originally placed my order for the LiberNovo Omni Chair on October 27th. By November 7th, there had been no shipping update, despite the website’s 8-business-day delivery promise. Customer service was initially unresponsive—calls led to automated messages and hang-ups, with no tracking info or email updates. As this was a test purchase for a larger business setup, the lack of transparency was concerning. Update: The chair arrived on November 10th. While it initially had a minor issue with the gas lift, Haley from customer service stepped in and got everything sorted quickly. The chair is now fully functional. It sits well, and the leg pedestal is decent—though I’d prefer a bit more cushioning. Time will tell how it holds up with daily use. Given the comfort and the relatively minor tweaks needed to get it working properly, I’m updating my rating to 4 stars for now. I appreciate the resolution and hope the support experience continues to improve.
