Great quality product with decent service.

In most part the chair met my expectations. There are three issues that I feel need to implement, ordered a large chair: 1. I am 6’ - 2” with 23” from the back of my bent knee to my back ( at wall ). Seat pan from seat back to seat front is 19”. Need deeper seat pan. 2. Seat back tilt should have a stop from full upright to first tilt stop and seat pan should tilt with back, tend to slide out of seat otherwise. Other wise I enjoy using the chair for more than eight hours a day.

I love the features of the chair and the everything you can do with it. The biggest problem I have with it is the arm rests are so flimsy that if you try to prop yourself up, it moves in every direction and you can easily hurt yourself. The back stretching feature is my favorite though.

Ordered 3 premium packages - 2 to my mother's house and 1 to mine. The green chairs arrived timely, all tracking was up to date for them. The black chair though got mixed up with the foot stand. My mom was confused when the tracking stated a chair was delivered, and it was the foot stand instead. Luckily I knew what happened and told her. Still, I can see where that would confuse an elderly person. These chairs are worth it though! My mom is in live with her chair, and won't let anyone touch it. My chair has helped my lower back immensely! 10/10 would recommend this chair. Also, it helps to have someone available for the ergo fit, even though the instructions appear to be done solo. A second paid of eyes helps.

Its a great chair, i would have given a 5 star however, it did not come with a charger, only battery. Not sure how i am supposed to charge the battery when it runs down.

I'm updating my previous negative review since I've received the chair and happy with my purchase. I tried a Herman Miller Aeron before and it didn't fit my body posture that well, this chair however does tick all the boxes for me personally. It's a mix between focus and relaxation and it is very comfy. My main concern about the chair were the movements of the armrests since this has been talked about quite a lot in reviews. I was ready to add a 3D print to the chair but found the tension on the armrests to be more then sufficient by default. Time will tell how well this chair holds up to brands like Herman Miller, but as of now I'm a happy customer and recommending it to whoever is in the market of purchasing a new chair. Only reason for me not to give a 5 star rating is because of poor communication from Libernovo related to order processing. You can't leave people waiting for 3 weeks without an order update. If they can improve order processing and customer support. I think a lot of these negative reviews can be converted to positive ones.

Delivery got delayed significantly. otherwise im very happy with how it all turned out. thanks again!

I love the movement of the chair, not happy with the loose armrests…tried tightening as described but didn’t work!
