Very inappropriate UI that forced to subscribe to a plan just for a ride. I didn’t expect from Lime, especially when there are other competitors that do not trick you into purchase a plan just for a run. Better go with a competitor!

Visited Krakow for the weekend. First time using Lime scooters. Tried to use two as a group the first time. One scooter wouldn’t work despite being fully charged and we couldn’t just end the ride as it then said the parking area was full. We then had to walk it to the next area and swap for a new one. We were offered 40% off our next ride but this never happened. Second time using we tried to park them is over 5 different parking spots but all were full so ended up miles from where we wanted to be. Wouldn’t use again.

Ho preso il monopattino per la prima volta,bene ho fatto 10 minuti,non chiudeva la corsa e ho speso 23,40.assistenza inesistente.ragazzi dobbiamo unirci e fare una class-action tutti insieme e denunciare la truffa perché di truffa si tratta.

Ich wollte diese Scooter ausprobieren die frisch in unsere Stadt kahmen. Leider war mir dieses nicht möglich, da ich weder eine Kreditkarte, noch Paypal noch Klarnazugang habe. Es steht zwar Applepay dort aber sobald man dieses nutzen möchte, kommt die Meldung das man eine Zahlungsmethode hinzufügen soll (Paypal, Kreditkarte oder Klarna). Das heist im Klartext: Wenn du nur eine EC Karte besitzt oder nur Gutscheine (Apple, Google) benutzen kannst wirst du ausgeschloßen & hast keine Chance. Also Finger weg von Lime Scooter!!!

Sehr schlecht App. The gave me a fine of 20 euros three times until now. I think people don’t use their app and they try to make money from fines. One time was my mistake ,the next time I parked the roller how they suggested and guess what? They gave me again fine . Never again Lime !

ingen parkeringsmuligheder. Hvad der skulle have været en 5 minutters tur blev til en 35 minutters tur der endte med at sende mig længere væk fra min destination en hvor jeg startede pga. fyldte p-zoner. Lime giver ingen mulighed for at se hvilke parkerings pladser der er fyldte så derfor kan man kune køre rundt og gætte indtil man tilfældigvis finder et sted hvor der er ledigt og man derfor kan ende sin tur og stoppe tiden der tikker i din app. Elendig serivce, ingen kontakt oplysninger overordnet elendigt dårelig virksomhed, brug en anden scooter tjeneste!
