Zum testen habe ich ein Lime Plus Abo abgeschlossen was verspricht keine Freischaltgebühren zu verlangen und einen Tarif von 0,10 € pro Minute zu bieten. Die erste Teamfahrt mit 2 Personen dauerte 13 Minuten und es wurden mir > 7 € abgebucht. Im kleingedruckten steht nämlich, Lime Pro Monatsabo gilt nicht für Teamfahrten. Der Preis im Abo wären 2,6 € gewesen. In meinem Universum nennt man das Menschen abzocken. Ich werde künftig Lime roller umwerfen ... Die restliche Woche habe ich mit Freude und Vergnügen Lime Roller in Lissabon umgeworfen :) Fickt euch

Lime took the tenancy of the large garage/workshop underneath our flats in north-west London four months ago, and have been causing unbearable noise nuisance to residents ever since. Initially it was literally cacophony, van reverse sirens, scooter bells, slamming van doors, loud voices, sound broadcast from mobiles, shouting within the garage echoing from the open garage doors up to the top floor of our building (5th floor), and worst of all, the folding entrance door to the garage being opened or closed with a deafening screeching clatter multiple times per day and night. This was, and still is, going on 24/7. We were being woken 2 - 6 times per night, and couldn't get on with life peacefully at home during the day either. Complaints were made by many residents, and the reversing sirens were turned off, plus they promised to unload vans inside the garage to minimise noise (they have ample space to do this) which promise was barely kept. Voice disturbance at antisocial hours never ceased. Complaints had to be made to the local authority, and the clattering door is not used during the evening and night now. Instead they have started playing loud music within the garage with the doors open at night, and coming outside for smoke breaks several times per night, obviously knowing that they are meant to be keeping quiet as they keep voices low, but then suddenly raise them or let out loud shouts of laughter, negating having kept them quiet at all. I have been woken three times a night for the last three nights by Lime staff. They are a company who show no respect for others, and should not be patronised.

Their app isn't showing where are your parking zones. It's so difficult to use it, even though I have to pay by the second/time. For example I went to Richmond Park, I wasn't planning to park my bike here, but it ran out of battery. So, I must have done it. When it comes to find a parking zone, the app won't direct you to a zone, it will say only you can't park here. To use the navigation, like you'd use on Google, is a dream. This app isn't designed to help you stop your ride, quite opposite, is milking you.

Lime e-scooters, e-steps and e-bikes: Zeer slechte service; 60 euro alvast opgewaardeerd thuis voor een dagje parijs. De dag dat wij in Parijs waren, geld weg van het account. Ter plekke nog eens 90 euro over gemaakt om daadwerkelijk gebruik te kunnen maken. Veel mail contact gehad omdat ze onze accounts niet konden vinden. (Onzin, alles geregistreerd en vindbaar Een dag later staat de 60 euro er nieuw op. Krijgen het geld niet terug terwijl we nu thuis zijn. Oplichters zijn het! Hier en nooit meer. Zoek een ander bedrijf! Ook zonder mijn toestemming geld van mijn PayPal afgehaald. Nogmaals, oplichters zijn het!!!

Very bad service €60 euros already upgraded at home for a day in Paris. The day of paris money gone. Had a lot of email contact because they couldn't find our accounts. On the day itself we had to top up new money so that we could use the scooter/step. A day later, the 60 euros is new on it. Can't get the money back. While we are now home. They are scammers! Never this app again. Find another company!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Nie wieder Beim zweiten Mal habe ich doppelt bezahlt für Leistungen, die ich nicht bekommen habe. Flate Rate Angebot habe ich bestellt und 0 Nutzen davon bekommen.

Na de rit werd alsnog €8,- gedebiteerd zonder mijn authorisatie. De door mij geaccepteerde € 13,73 is echter niet van mijn bank afgeschreven

I bought the day pass and after tax came to $18.01. They then proceeded to charged me for every ride anyway charging me another $3.38, $6.23, $6.23, $3.10, $31.97!!, I called them cus I only rode for 15 minutes at a time (first 90 min with day pass is free) tried to get a refund. Guy was nice and said he would. I got refunded only $6.23. And then GOT CHARGED AGAIN FOR $40.84. Seriously never rent a scooter with lime. For 30 min ,barely, I got charged over $70.
