This website does not allow zero stars, the most appropriate rating. Lime is aiming for a listing. It is clearly refusing to pay for maintenance, locating its so-called phone support in offshore call centers (no doubt to ensure its workers can be grossly underpayed at the expense of the top management), and has an outrageously high fee scale which fails on all fronts to encourage cycling. In fact cyclists are charged more if they cycle more slowly, so no concern for safety, and more for longer duration, so no interest in promoting health. This is a horrific business model and typifies everything that is wrong with the exploitative gig economy. Consumers and employees exploited ruthlessly.

If I could give them zero, I would. Avoid them at all costs. The GPS on the scooter is useless, the app is useless and the customer service team are useless. This is the third time I've had this issue of ending my ride. When I take the scooter to a designated parking spot that's marked with P, the app keeps repeating the same thing: you are not allowed to park here, even though there are 10 other scooters parked there. The worst thing is, while this is all happening, the clock is running and you are charged by the minute. After 5-10 minutes, I looked around for another parking zone. Luckily, that one was accepted. I contacted them three times and got no reply, so I am writing this review after deleting the app. I'm using Dott instead. The only reason I took the lime scooter was because all the Dott scooters were taken. Now I know why. Lime scooters are absolutely garbage. You have been warned.

Reine abzocke. Für den Preis kamm man den Roller nirgendwo abstellen, empfehle allen auf andere roller umzusteigen wie tier der überall abgestellt werden kann oder bird der sehr günstig ist für 30min fahren 4€

UNSGÅ!!! 2. Gang jeg ikke har kunnet afslutte turen. Vanløse er ikke en del af deres zoner selvom de stiller deres løbehjul/cykler ved siden af zonen. Du bliver opkrævet for den kørsel du laver i zonen (vanløse), og kan ikke aflevere den. Derfor må du tilbage til Frederiksberg for at aflevere og det er dyrt! Dårligt selskab! Prøv et andet! Jeg forstår ikke at de kan blive ved med at eksistere. Boykot dem! Brug et andet selskab eller en taxa - det er billigere.

They are using GPS for restricting your ride. The only problems with that are GPS and restricting. Scooters GPS signal is very poor, often restricts power, restricts parking while riding outside but near restricted zones. If you get mad at it, what can you do? Nothing, other than finding a place where you can finally park it while charging you more. The other thing, restricting power according to location. In my opinion, if I rent a scooter or anything, anything I do is my responsibility. Let me do anything I want, and if I get caught by the police, let me pay the fine. Every person has to follow local laws by their own responsibility. No company should tell me what can I do, while I am paying them. Want to restrict (by GPS signal or whatever)? No problem, while restricting, stop timer and fee counter. This happened to me all my last rides, and I am pretty sure, I am not going to use it again unless I am forced to.

Dann werden Kunden Monate hingehalten, belogen, betrogen und ignoriert! Die Fahrzeuge sind meist nicht Verkehrstauglich oder haben gravierende Mängel! Alles in allem, das Lime Unternehmen ist Schlecht!

I took this ride for a first time because I wanted a quick, hassle free trip home. I arrived at Seifertova street where it's possible to park the scooter but it's GPS didn't work correctly and it told me I'm on another street (Vlkova) and that I can't park it there. But I was at Seifertova! I live here I know the streets! I had to drive around and wait till it realised where it is for another 6 minutes and it charged me 101 crowns for 16 minutes ride! The first 10 minutes were supposed to be free so I paid 101 for that 6 minutes I was trying to park the ducking thing. Never ducking again.

Niiiiiee wieder!! Das war ja mal so bescheuert! Als ich das Fahrzeug abstellen wollte hieß es, dass es hier nicht abgestellt werden darf. Ich musste das Fahrzeug dann genau an meinen Startpunkt zurückfahren und hab somit 6€ rausgeschmissen aus dem Fenster! Reine Abzocke!!
