You sent the wrong part
You sent the wrong part. I ask for the Refrigerator door gasket and you sent me freezer door gasket.

Wrong part received, want a refund and order the correct part but - no human in chatlive waited for a long time then got shut down - both phone numbers do not work - waiting for an email reply. NOT HAPPY for sure...

You guys did an excellent job
You guys did an excellent job. The packaging was impeccable, and the item wasn't damaged. It was a far cry from the delivery I received from Amazon, where the item arrived completely destroyed and was packaged in nothing more than a shipping envelope.

I tried to cancel my order 3 times and…
I tried to cancel my order 3 times and finally sent an email before the item shipped. I got an automated reply, which stated if the automated reply did not resolve the issue to respond directly to the email. I responded to that email and still haven’t received a response.
