Everyone was very polite and professional. Everyone involved with my home buying process were very helpful and always answered my questions.

The lot that our home is on is a nice size for us. It would have been nice if they would have removed the rocks and chunks of concrete before laying sod down. There are fist sized rocks and chunks of concrete scraps under the sod. Also, the interior paint seems like a very low end paint. We will need to repaint the walls with a higher quality paint. The refrigerator that came with the house was supposed to have an ice maker. They told us that it was on backorder, but we can't find any information about it and the manufacturer does not respond to inquiries about it. This is frustrating for sure.

I love my new home and is all because of LGI's work. TYSM

The whole process was almost seamless .

LGI process was easy to follow. LGI sales team (Derrick) loan officer (Kevin B) were amazing from start to finish. Every question or concern was answered in a timely manner and they were always willing to help. As a first time home buyer I thought it would be a nightmare but LGI and the team made it painless as possible.

Mr steve, I call him with much respect, was so nice, and I expect them to be nice but he has an energy and a passion for his job that is so noticeable and he was actually the pinpoint for me to continue finding out about LGI. Such manners and respect, always had the answer at the tip of his tongue, always answer the phone and always answered text messages. I could go on and on about Steve but you just have to find out for yourself. The company, and general, let me just tell you how beautiful my home is. I've been here for 3 weeks and I feel like heaven when I walk in my door. I truly mean that. Even though this is a style home that not many measures can be changed, I absolutely love the design.
