Stating that they use good quality products and 100% structural elements. They came during the 11 month warranty to fix sheet rock separation and issues with entrance garage door, front door and backyard door. Within the 11 month sheet rock separation kept on coming back. They came 3 to 4x to fix the separation in the same area and half our home the sheet rock separated. I’ve placed multiple work orders even after the warranty due to same areas issues came back. At this point there’s a known issue with either foundation or structural but now they are refusing to fix even though there’s record of the issue coming back. I’m very upset that we now have to set an appointment with 210 builder for them to come in and anaylize our property which we have to pay out of pocket.

DO NOT BUT A HOME FROM LGI!! House is two years old and having major plumbing issues. Cant get in contact with anyone.

Stay away from them. They are the worst builder in the Cape. You can’t even put a TV on their wall unless you put more wood, otherwise it will go down. Please don’t look at the 5⭐️ reviews. Those are people that work for them. After they build your house, it is like see you.

This was the worst place to ever look for a home. They lie to you and the communication is absolutely horrible. There only good reviews is from people working there and false things . I’ve talked to 6 agents in the past 4 years one after another making promises and never communicated back for anything. This is the worst company and have the worst agents I have ever seen. The best thing is for this place to close business because they surely confused on how to be a great company. Take my word do not waste your time with this place.

Horrible salesman @ the PSL Blvd location next to Vet. Hwy.!!!He should be FIRED!!! The Exit relator witnessed a conversation with him which was disgusting... How come your org. can't REPLACE him with someone BETTER!???!!!

I am a first time homebuyer. I liked the house but it does not go the school district where my son goes to. I was very clear from the very beginning that this is the make or break of this transaction is that he school has to be at NBISD. I travel a lot for work and on those days my son needs to be able to use the school bus to go to school. I was told that the home feeds into this school. I paid the ernest money. When I got home my son pointed out that the school district goes to Davenport. I wanted to take back my ernest money and they won’t give it back. This is frustrating. Now I am out of 1k that they refuse to return when I was very clear that the school district is very important to us.---- We appreciate your interest in a loan with loanDepot. Horrible sales person. Super rude. He drove fast through the neighborhood to show us houses. He barely said a word to us & even said better homes were at Beacon Lake. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend we never received any information about the houses after our visit.

The house was brand new upon move in. The big problem is the fence. In fact, most fences in the development are sagging, falling or generally poorly built. LGI knows its shoddy build but will do nothing about it. Fencing is not under warranty. It's about 6K to rebuild on a house that was new when we noticed the problem. Look very carefully. If you see problems imagine what you can't see.
