I ordered a transaxel seal. It was supposed to arrived within 5 days. It took 2 weeks. I saw it stuck in shipping (via tracking) for days and called to cancel. They said it would ship that day. It never shipped for 2 days and never arrived for 5 more days. By then, I had driven an hour to the Lexus dealer, got the part and had it installed--I could not be held hostage by their inability to ship product. Their customer service acknowledged it was their fault, but still required I pay for return shipping (I already paid $8+ for it to arrive--late) and a 20% restocking fee--unopened. It would cost me more to return it than to keep it. It was not worth the time to keep refuting--So I paid for their screw up for a part that I could not use? I cannot order from this place again.

One day I ordered three items. For two of them, I received a notice stating the delivery date was undetermined. I then received confirmation that the transaction would proceed only for the item with a confirmed delivery date. After that, I inquired about the delivery date but was ignored, and the order was canceled without my consent. To make matters worse, I haven't received a refund. When I contacted them about the issue, they blocked my IP address.

My order was significantly delayed. Now trying to return it but experiencing lots of issues and obstacles. I cancelled the order before it was delivered but they rejected to cancel it and said I need to wait until delivered. Now they rejected return and I filed for exception. PS. They rejected the exception. Also their system shows delivery date not a shipping date. They did not notify me far in advance about such significant delay. Also I reached them the day before they shipped it and the same day I heard about the delay. They breached contract/delivery date but when I cancelled the order because of it, they rejected return!

Ordered a replaced cable for my RX350 hood. The part came 10 days late and I had to purchase somewhere else. They would not let me return the unopened part stating "electronic parts are ineligible for return"...it is not an electronic part. I tried calling and reaching out to customer service multiple times with no luck. This company makes it intentionally difficult to communicate with their customer service and impossible to return a product...would not recommend.

Ordered a pair of front brake pads and rotors from them. Everything arrived on Time.... I installed the pads and rotors. After a week, I started to get squealing. So I Ordered rear pads as well from them because maybe this was the issue. While ordering, I noticed that they did not send me the correct break pads for the front.. The box that they arrived in clearly states that they are the AZ pads and on their website they cost about $58.00. If you look at my order, I paid for the $78.00 premium pads. I tried calling and found out everything needs to be done by email. It takes at least a day day for them to respond and when they responded its was as if they didn't believe me. They wanted proof and pictures not only if the box that I to emailed them, they wanted the pics of the box that everything was shipped in and the label on the front of the box. They even wanted pictures of the rotors and everything else that I ordered. I told them that I no longer had the box that everything came in so they are going to keeping my money. Im 100% sure that they can see on there end what exactly they sent me. They just want to keep my $20.00. All I wanted them to do was correct their mistake. I just wanted my difference back. Geesh, all over $20.00. This company sucks. Sad that this company wants to fight with me over something so petty. Check your parts, they dont care about the customer.

Terrible. I used them before, but this time, they lost my order, then sent the wrong item and they seem to be in no rush to get me the right parts. Still waiting after two weeks for an "update" Will never use them again. I'll just track down the part myself for my car
