Never received my refund
I ordered 4 parts from Lexus Parts Now but needed to return one of them. I went through the correct procedure and received an RMA for the part I needed to return. Their policy states 3-5 business days after the return is received, I will receive a refund. Well, it has now been 13 business days since they received and signed for my return, and I STILL do not have a refund! I have messaged them many times, live chatted, spoken on the phone, and NOBODY has given me an update. Absolutely ridiculous! The only reason they have 2 stars is because their pricing is good. I have a hard time trusting a company that has not refunded a $650 part, leaving my money in limbo.
