They sent an $1800 part with ZERO packaging, just loose in a cardboard box. It was cracked through and unusable. We discovered the part was broken when we got to the dealership to put it in and their only response was that we were past the 5 day return policy. Terrible service and and absolutely no integrity with this company.

I paid for overnight delivery and it came a WEEK later, total BS, and very poor customer service IMO, Never again!

The tire lock did not work but unable to return as had to open the package to determine it did not fit. Later found out for this model must go to the dealer as they have to try out multiple locks to find the right one. Out $40+.

As mentioned in my previous communication with your company, the part did not fit correctly. I had to secured it with a zip tie. I've ordered this part before from another source and it fell off the car because of the same problem.

Scam company. I ordered a side mirror that the picture showed had blind spot monitoring. The product arrived and did not have that. They would not accept a return even though I had a screen shot of the improper image.

They shipped a box with the wrong part inside. The customer service is horrible. Alleged I ordered the wrong part which is completely false. Showed evidence that the box part number label and the part number physically stamped on the part were mismatched. Still they wanted me to agree to an RMA that I had to pay for return shipping, accept a 20% re-stocking fee; and deduct the original shipping cost from my order for a partial refund. If you don't believe me, make a quick Google search "LexusPartsNow Scam" to see for yourself. They even advertise as a Better Business Bureau accredited when they are not. Even the BBB site has an alert on this.

The website specified that an item was compatible with my car. It wasn't. They would not take it back and refund my money. As I searched for the right part, I found a brand new OEM part for about half the cost. Shop around but not here.

I ordered an OEM half shaft for my ES350. They confirmed that it was "in stock" via email. I found this curious because I couldn't find this part ANYWHERE (North America, Japan, Dubai... nothing). So I paid and started to make arrangements to install it. Next day email "oooops... it really is not in stock but we will have it in a week". No thanks I don't play this game. I called for a refund. The representative was terse, officious and argumentative. She finally agreed to refund my money but "it might take up to 39 days". No. Done. Adios.
