Shipping was $20 which i though was reasonable to Toronto. I was charged $46 for duties and taxes on a $150 part. It would have been cheaper had i bought part from Lexus dealer. The fine print says duties, taxes and additional freight charges MAY be extra. In my view they lowballed the shipping knowing full well that i'd be charged more by Fedex at the border.

I've purchased from them a couple of times. A couple of good experiences and a couple of bad ones. The process is a monster bureaucracy so when it's not perfect it's a train wreck. Nobody communicates there it's all in silo's and nobody thinks they just read off of a template and act like robots. If you are missing a part or get the wrong part expect 3 weeks for that to be fixed, that was my bad issue both times.

The box that the brake pads came in, was not sealed properly and was delivered empty.

SAVE your time and money. This place false advertises parts, then when you receive the incorrect part, they will only refund you if you pay for shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. I am not sure what company thinks its morally correct to misrepresent an item online, then send an entirely different item knowing that the buyer will have to pay postage and pay the sender a 20% restocking fee to get their money back. Customer service is extremely disrespectful and are no help. I would avoid them by any means necessary.

Not sure how these guys managed to get the good reviews. Friends, family, coworkers perhaps. Funny how all of the recent ones are one star reviews, which I totally agree with. Save yourself some frustration and order your Lexus parts elsewhere. Be sure to check out other reviews sites that are actually accurate. you will see average one star reviews as it should be. These guys are shady.

Part did not fit and sits on my desk. I considered returning, part has been opened. Maybe I will try to return it. Even though LPNow indicated the part fits my vehicle, it appears the part is for a different model or year.

I ordered new wiper blades inserts, at around $9 each but $18 shipping-so $36 total. Noticed one of them was the wrong part, off by one part number. They started asking for all types of pictures. When I sent them to them, they wanted a picture of the post office priority mail box. When I said that I threw away the USPS package they said I needed all original packaging and denied claim. I threatened a charge back, and they ended up refunding my $9, but I ended up eating the shipping for the wrong part. A normal company would have apologized and sent the correct part out and paid for the incorrect part to be shipped back. After researching it seems many others on a Lexus enthusiasts car forum have had similar experiences.
