Bought a set of door trim guards, didn't realize at the time I bought the wrong ones. When they got delivered, each was wrapped individually, I opened 1 to measure it up to my door and then realized it was the wrong part, other 3 remained sealed. Total fault on me but honest mistake. I tried to get a refund/exchange but they denied it. They said since you can run you cars VIN on their website you shouldn't make mistakes like this and since you opened one we consider that voiding the RMA guidelines. There was no wiggle room, very poor customer service.

[BUYER BE WARNE]I ordered ignition coil for 2007 Lexus. There several different version, according to internet. So, Lexusparsnow.com recommend putting my VIN number, so I did. The picture in the order looks similar to mine, so I ordered the part. When I got the part, it was wrong order. It doesn’t look anything like mine. So I requested the return. Process was pain. First, I called, then guy said it will forward the message to return department. Then you have to wait a response from them. They request more info. So, I sent them the photos of what they sent and what mine looks like. Then waited again. They said return denied due to non refundable item due to “an electrical part or has electrical components”. I can understand that. But, if they sent the wrong item in the first place, IT SHOULD BE REFUNDED BECAUSE YOU ENT THE WRONG ITEM!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered our part on a Thursday and paid for an extra $70+ for overnight shipping. When we received our confirmation it stated we wouldn't receive the part until the next week. We called to cancel and they refused us to cancel. We need the part by Saturday but wouldn 't receive it until Tuesday which was unacceptable. They stated when we received it then they would send an email with instructions on how to return it. However, when we received the information they stated they could deny the refund still and charge us 20% restocking. These guys are a scam and should have honored the overnight shipping but it was in their time and they have you because they already have your money.

Review for LexusPartsNow.com: I ordered mud flaps for my 2019 NX300 from LexusPartsNow.com and made sure to input my VIN number to ensure I received the correct part. However, when the mud flaps arrived and I attempted to install them, it became clear that they were for the wrong car. The pre-drilled holes on the mud flaps didn’t align with my vehicle, and the flaps didn’t match the contour of my car. Upon further research, it appears the mud flaps they sent were for different model years or hybrid versions, not my F Sport model, which was correctly identified when I entered my VIN on their website. I’ve called multiple times to resolve this issue, only to receive an email stating that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee and would need to cover the return shipping costs. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, they continued to insist that the mistake was mine. During one of my calls, a “manager” even hung up on me while I was trying to discuss the issue. The experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will never do business with LexusPartsNow.com again. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from them should either look elsewhere or go directly to a dealer to avoid receiving incorrect parts and dealing with poor customer service. I should not have been charged a 20% restocking fee and have to pay for shipping when they shipped me the wrong parts.

I contacted your company to say that I received an engine air filter and not a compartment filter. I could not contact anyone to check the order. I tried by phone and by email but I got no response. It might have been my mistake but I can not prove it wasn't but I was looking for a resolution but got none.

Total waste of time. They put parts on their web site I ordered from them and received a notice that the part wasn’t available. I then called to see if the part came in another color that also showed available on their web site. Hopefully I will get a refund on my credit card.

Shipment arrived a month late, damaged and missing parts. Return was denied and I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card to try to recoup any of the cost. Wasted a ton of time with “customer service” and they attempted to refund me $3.88 (on piece of a 40 piece order) of a $172 order. I wish I had checked reviews more closely. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I did not know this company had such poor reviews. They are rated 4 stars on Line. Apparently they have a history of sending the wrong part and refusing to refund it. I ordered camel floor mats and they sent gray ones. I tried to work out a return and refund and they said my refund was denied since my package was damaged. First off I never said it was damaged! They told me to open the box to take pix and that’s what I did! Now they say it’s “damaged” and can’t be returned. They strung me along for a week with BS! I paid shipping costs as well! I am reporting them to the BBB as well. Don’t buy from them!
