Lexther LLCReviews of lexther.com

If I could give it zero stars I would. It was advertised as a motorcycle jacket, and it was paper thin. It was supposed to be black with brown distressing, out is light brown with dark brown distressing. It was supposed to be two day shipping, and it took three weeks to get here, when I called they barely spoke English, and done to find out it was being shipped from Pakistan

Great staff. Had a broken zipper and the customer service team exchanged the item with no hassel. Super nice people to deal with.

Let me just say I never order from an ad off fb. But my guy sent me this picture of a jacket that he really liked. So I gave it a shot. It took a lot longer to receive and then when it was shipped it went to the wrong house. Trying to call I couldn’t even understand it. No English selection. So I resorted to email. And they quickly responded and my guy received his jacket and absolutely loves it!!

Half the pockets are for decoration, not actual pockets

I was left speechless with the way I was treated by the Lexther customer service Team!! I bought a birthday present jacket that fitted perfectly and arrived within excellent 3 day from ordered it. But had to exchanged it on style and color. The experience was even better than buying on the first place. I just sent an email requesting the exchange process and within minutes I got it, sent back the purchased jacket and in four days I got the new one on my son's hands. He was impressed on the service and of course with the desired jacket too. Lexther has absolutely great quality products and the right people that makes the customer feels appreciated. THANK YOU LEXTHER TEAM!

Great jacket timely delivery, completely satisfied

Very good quality, and arrived relatively timely. Well done!

Jacket was not distressed, it was soft leather. Misleading, false advertising
