Received the jacket I ordered in a timely manner. It doesn’t fit me properly. And it’s not quite as I had expected it to look. So I am trying to return it. Waiting to hear from Lexther about how to return it.

I'm in between sizes, XL a little tight. Sleeves are an inch too short. XXL probably too big.

It may take some time and patients, but the end result will be your reward! Work with this company's unusual guidelines if you must return a product; the outcome for your patients will be a lovely, well made, nicely fitting jacket. And apparently, a portion of your purchase will be returned to the community that produced what you will wear. I do not have a problem with that! Thank you.

The jacket looked just like and picture and very soft. Very happy with look, feel, and fit.
