LexJet is always professional, always courteous, always works to resolve any issue I have -- and usually I have none.

Quick service, my only complaint is with sobe items not shown as "not in stock", when the order gets proceesed and the customer card charged. I think you should inform the customer that the item is not in stock

Lexjet has never let me down. I've ordered hundreds of rolls of canvas from them as well as varnish and other products and they've always been great, and when there is a problem with an order they fix it immediately. They're a key part of what makes my small print business work.

Always have what I need in stock

I am a high school teacher and have been a loyal Lexjet customer for over five years now, but no more. A few months ago I tried to place an order and was told we were on credit hold because of non-payment. I checked with our bookkeeper and was told all orders had been paid. She contacted Lexjet, told them the check number and the date it was sent. We eventually learned that last October, our temporary bookkeeper at the time had written the district name on the check instead of our school name so Lexjet did not credit it to our account. We have spent over a month going back and forth with the Lexjet accounting department to get it resolved. They say we can not place another order until IT has removed the credit hold on our account. The limited funds I had to buy supplies have now expired. I could have used that money to buy much needed supplies elsewhere, but thanks to the incompetence of the Lexjet IT department, my students will have to go without. I will be looking for another vendor next year.

I can't give a review either way because I don't have the item yet.
