Orderd 2 weeks ago. Was supposed to received in 2 days. To date I still haven't even received tracking information let alone the product.

I ordered a roll of sunset hot press paper as I've done many times before on 8/13. Usually it takes 1-2 days to arrive. It's now 8/20 and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking orginally said it would arrive yesterday, then today, and now it says tomorrow. I called Lexjet, and the guy I spoke to this morning said he would look into it and either email me or call me back, but he never did.

item never arrived. had to call and request refund. listen to the call, the lady literally never even apologized. someone else emailed me and said a warehouse closed down and caused the issue. first and last attempt doing business

The paper roll still comes with tape instead of a protective paper under it so when I cut the tape off I have to cut about 2ft worth of paper I have many complaints about this before but they haven’t changed it

website order. Computer never said that the material was backordered over a month and a half, took my money and never let me know, weeks later, material still not in hand. The order said I would have it in 3 days, paid for my installation lifts, had a crew set to come in, no material. After inquiring after the UPS truck did not deliver, I find that, "if there are no delays, it is backordered and will ship the end of July, it was June. Very very frustrated and out a lot of money and still do not have a product to install nor a custer now to install it on.

I needed to purchase the following: Elements Crystal Opal Gloss Canvas - 24in x 40ft After some back and forth on a chat for the 17 inch option and finding out it was back ordered and going to take weeks to get in, I decided to order the 24 inch canvas which was available and in stock via your website. As soon as I placed the order I was informed it is on back order. I am trying to print for some upcoming art festivals and now I have to use my 36 and 42 inch canvas and incur a lot of waste. We sell our photography in canvas and metal. Had I known about this being on back order we would have changed our plans on what we order from our metal lab and offered less framed canvas prints.
