When there is a problem it is solved

My twin sister and I became homeowners in 2005 with a mortgage that we handled well. Two years later we were transferred to another store and our hours got cut drastically. We fell behind on payments by paying basic bills first : electric, water, cell phones and cable. The mortgage company wouldn't except partial payments so they sent all money orders bk( used our bank to send them). We ended up paying a law firm over $10,000 to get reinstated bk to another mortgage company that took over from the previous mortgage company. The second mortgage company went through bankruptcy and sold all accounts to yet another mortgage company that increased payments by $100. We managed to keep up with Payments but our mail started being missing or placed in our mailbox after delivery days or sometimes days after wet. We ended up in court with the last two mortgage companies bc they said they never received payments and we sent them by getting bank cashier checks after 3 different money orders went missing and had to get them traced. They refunded the money bk after finding that the money orders were sent out to 2nd mortgage company but not forwarded to last mortgage company bc was written to pay to order to 2nd mortgage company. Never did we receive any letters stating that they were in bankruptcy and our mortgage was transferred to 3rd company and/or to make payments to 3rd company by a predated date. We were able to provide all paper trails bc we used our bank cashier check system but Judge stated we were behind to far and it was our responsibility to make our payments on time. All checks refunded were deposited to get our money bk but we lost our house to foreclosure and ended up with a very nice landlord. One day I received a call from Lexington Law bc of a survey I completed about cleaning up my credit score and blemishes that might be bringing my score down. I was looking for a house for my fiancé, myself,and our daughter's and I was car shopping after totalling my car( 🦌 charged me and hit me head on). They wanted to know how soon I wanted to start and I said ASAP. Along this journey the team I had was so helpful and diligent in fighting to remove unjustified and misrepresented info bc no factual detail was given to what led to the final outcome of foreclosure or delinquency. As of 2021 I have a CLEAR credit report and record with All three credit bureaus....all Thanks to you, Lexington Law!
