WARING THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD:
WARING THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD:
Had to give at least one star to be posted. If I could, I wouldn’t even give that.
For a year I had to manage this PAID account credit building process. If I did not check in with the paralegals and attorneys assigned (or better descried, not assigned) to my husbands and my account, nothing would have been done to represent us. In the end we were told after a year of being charged, that there was actually nothing they could do for our Bankruptcy and that someone should have told us that from the beginning. I sought out the lead attorney the oversee’s the team for California. Mr. Adam Fullerman. Our first conversation about the lack of attention and bad advice lead to, “this is one of those 1% account happenings, you guys slipped through the cracks, we should just credit your whole year back, let’s see what I can do to fix this.” Promises made! To the second call to Adam Fullerman, that he reassured me this mishap actually lead to team meetings and changes with in the company and that my account would not be charged and would be closed. Then our last conversation, after being charged again and accounts never closed, sounded more like “I’ve done everything I’m going to do for this account, good luck and good bye”.
I did however; receive a credit for the additional month that he acknowledged should not have been charged. His words again, “my mistake I must have forgotten to press save.”
I could go on and on about the time spent on the phone and the lack of knowledge these company actually claims to have, money spent to do their job, never getting the company emails and promises in writing.
Save your self some grief. Steer clear of
Lexington Law.
Under stand how serious I am when I say I’m pursuing with the Better Business Bureau.
